At BeeLoved by Kayla, we offer fast, reliable shipping to customers within the United States. We strive to process and ship orders within 3- business days of receipt, pending availability and credit verification. 

Domestic Shipping 

We offer multiple options for domestic shipping, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, while expedited and express shipping options offer faster delivery times. 

International Shipping 

Currently we are not shipping internationally. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address during checkout. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Return Policy  

Our return policy for items purchased online is as follows: 

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange their products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at BeelovedbyKayla@gmail.com (832)-231-3205 and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your products. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
